Eli holds LCAS & LPCS licenses and has MA (counseling) & PhD (counselor education and supervision) degrees from UNC Charlotte where multicultural competency is a key component of every course. He has a broad range of clinical experience: inpatient psychiatric, HIV clinic, residential addiction treatment, adjunct professor at UNCC and Winthrop University, and private practice.
