Thomas Bashore is Chief of Police in the town of Nashville, NC Police Department. He has over 20 years of civilian law enforcement experience and 24 years of military practice experience. Chief Bashore holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University and a master’s degree in Leadership from Bellevue University in Nebraska. He started the HOPE Initiative in February 2016 which has helped well over 150 participants.
