Biography

Marcie Blevins is a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist in the state of North Carolina, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor Intern. She has a B.S. from East Carolina University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical/Substance Abuse Counseling as well as a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from East Carolina University.

Marcie is the Director of Membership Services with NCSAPPB. She assists providers with the process of obtaining credentialing with the board and helps providers maintain their current credentials.  She also works on projects and assists with trainings.

Marcie has worked in education, outpatient (long and short term), and residential programs for clients with substance use disorders.  She also has experience in EAP Counseling, utilization management for Medicaid services, and provider/agency management.
