How do I print a form or map?
Each online form has a printer friendly version.  Just click on that link and click your print icon on your browsers navigation bar. Or click File then the Print command.  If you are having trouble with the form or map running off the page try printing in Landscape mode.

Some of the colors or pages don't look right, what's going on?
NCFADS website uses high quality graphics which require screen resolutions of 800x600 or higher and color depth of 32 bit.

How do I change my screen resolution and/or my color depth?
While looking at your desktop(regular background screen), right click your mouse and click properties.  This brings up your display properties.  Click the settings tab.  At the bottom you will see a screen area box and a slider.  Move the slider to left or right to decrease or increase your resolution.  To the left of the screen area box is the colors drop down menu.  Select 32 bit or true color from this menu.  Click on the OK button at the bottom.
