We are currently experiencing some problems with the netscape browser and
The Foundation website.  At the moment the website is fully functional when
viewing with Internet Explorer.

If you need to just go to the registration for the 2004 Winter School then
you must first update your Netscape to the latest version which is currently
version 7.1.  You can get that here.

Once you are using Netscape 7.1 then click on this link to go to the
2004 Winter School.
