All requests for refunds should be in writing and directed to NCFADS, P.O. Box 4024, Wilmington, NC 28406 or ncfadsregistrar@bellsouth.net. Requests for refunds will be granted if your written request is received before 5 p.m.  February 5, 2010; refunds will not be given after this date. Substitutes must be from the same agency and will be honored if notification is received by February 5th. Substitutes may change their course selection only on a space available basis. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations regardless of date or circumstance.
