Each year, the North
Carolina Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Studies honors an individual who
has made outstanding contributions to the fields of professional alcohol
and drug prevention, treatment, counseling and other related areas.
As part of its
pre-planning process, the Foundation Board invites you to participate in
the nomination of an individual for the Foundation Achievement Award. You
may inform us of your nomination on the form provided.
Nominees should
be distinguished alcohol and drug professionals in North Carolina who
merit recognition for career achievements or for any singular, recent
accomplishment. The current year's recipient will be honored at the awards
banquet during the Summer School.
If you have
knowledge of a worthy recipient, please complete the nomination form and
